For best results start applying The Psoriasis Solution at the very first sign of an outbreak and continue to apply it to the red scaly areas twice daily.  When applying to the skin, wash the affected area first, trying to remove all loose scales.  Then apply a small amount using a cotton swab.  Be sure to cover all affected areas.  Allow the solution to air dry before covering with clothing to prevent stains.  When applying to the scalp, wet the hair and create a sharp part.  Apply a small quantity with your finger tips and rub in well along the part.  Move the part over to the next area and continue to apply and rub in well.
